REFUND POLICY
Pros & Cons :
The Refund Policy serves as an essential companion to the Terms and Conditions of the Company. Prior to engaging in gameplay, it is imperative that you thoroughly familiarize yourself with both documents and ensure a clear understanding of their contents.
Once a bet is placed and the outcome is received, the funds are processed in real-time, rendering them non-refundable.
A request for a refund shall be entertained only if submitted within 24 (twenty-four) hours of the transaction in question, provided that the funds have not been utilized in any form and remain intact within your account balance.
To facilitate the consideration of your request, you must confirm your identity, current address, and the ownership of the payment methods utilized to fund your account. In certain circumstances, an expanded list of documents may be required. The evaluation of your refund request will be suspended until all necessary documentation is submitted and we can successfully verify your identity and the ownership of the payment methods.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds in the event if you breach the Restricted use policy stated in Clauses 3.3 and 4.
- In the event of a Casino Website system malfunction all wagers are void. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of Casino management. Where a manifest error, mistake or system failure results in incorrect odds, lines or handicaps taken in a bet, the bet, or that part of the bet if it is a multiple bet/parlay, will be null and void.
- To deny a player any bonus where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser at Big Dollar Casino. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus or promotion he/she is judged to have abused.
Gambling by Those Underage (Clause 15):
- If it is found that a customer placed bets while underage (under 18 years or below the age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction), all winnings currently or due to be credited to their account will be retained and forfeited. These winnings will be donated to the Gaming Commission.
- Any winnings gained from betting through the service while underage must be paid to the company on demand.
- Any monies deposited in the account that are not winnings will either be returned to the customer or retained until they turn 18 years old, at the company's sole discretion. The company reserves the right to deduct payment transaction fees from the amount returned, including transaction fees for deposits to the customer’s account.
Liability (Clause 14):
- If the company is held liable for any event, the total aggregate liability to the customer under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the value of the bets or wagers placed via the account in respect of the relevant bet/wager or product that gave rise to the relevant liability, or US$500 (or the equivalent in the customer’s currency), whichever is lower.
